Kim Eckhart is the KIDS Count Project Manager for Ohio.
Kim Eckhart comes to us from a career in public administration, most recently at Columbus State Community College. After earning a Master’s in Economics from Ohio State, she has worn many professional hats, including finance, data analysis and project management. Her most recent project was launching the Mid-Ohio Market, a new concept for a food pantry serving college students who face food insecurity. In her role as analyst, she used data to inform policy proposals related to higher-education. Her passion is serving youth affected by foster care and family instability due to incarceration. She is on the board of two organizations serving this population and mentors students ranging from elementary to college. She enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two school-age children and participating in her church community.
